Even before we start the design of your table we will come out for a meeting with you to get a full understanding of your business requirements, we then site survey the room which allows us to the define the size of the table and insure it is correctly scaled relative to the dimensions of the room space and the amount of people it can support, allowing for easy access and comfortable work space for your executives during those long meetings.
We then design the table to include all of your meeting room requirements, with a wide range of quality finishes through to a selection of built in items like power and usb socket solutions with easy access, we will work with your AV integrator to ensure any control systems or AV plates can be built into the table. We specialise in Boardroom tables that integrate Audio Visual products with hidden cable routing to give that clean finish your company deserves. The design can incorporate important details such as a company colours or the logo for the business into the Boardroom tables and furniture.

The University Boardroom
The table incorporates all the AV such as Microphones with easy access to the control panel for the Videoconferencing, which is all fed through built in cable routing back to a centralised AV rack in the Media Wall.
The room is often used for conferences and meetings and offers a great user experience, with easy delivery of the service the client needs with different room configurations to choose from. With presentations being shown on a screen on the rear wall with the ceiling mounted projector or even a conference call ,this room provides solutions to groups of any size to easily choose the service they need.

The Semi Circle Boardroom Table
Collaboration is Key
As well as AV Integrator’s we also work with Furniture consultants and Interior Design companies, working in partnership with them to create special one off custom Boardroom tables, Conference tables and meeting room tables along with other pieces from our of office furniture.

Above is a recent project where we worked with Both an AV Integrator and a Interior Design Company, listening to both of their needs for the design, we worked through many different concept designs until we agreed on the Semi Circle table design.
From the Interior Design perspective we adjusted the size and span of the table and the customised Table legs which make a real feature, the table leg design also helped with the amount of people that the table could accommodate. We also worked with them on the choice of finishes for both the table top and the base of the conference table so that it complemented the overall concept design.
From the AV Integrator side we incorporated all the Power and AV Connectivity services they required and even the table legs were placed so that cables could be run discretely into the floor plates via the built in cabling routes on the table, this allows easy access and ongoing maintenance of the services.
As we make all our furniture in the factory in York we cut in all the AV apertures so our partners can just slot in the AV Plates so they fit like a glove! We can accommodate and cut any shapes for most AV Products and take into account any special solutions you may need, its all part of the service! Our partners agree this helps them close the sale.
The Project was a real success and the table was called the centre piece of the new office fit out by the end Client, which made all the hard work and preparation worthwhile! Whatever shapes or weird and wonderful office furniture items your customer needs we can help!

The Full Boardroom Furniture Fit out
See the Billington Holdings case study for a complete furniture fit out that includes a Media wall, Cabinets, Side Tables, Chairs and Table. The Table has easy access to AV connections which are located under access hatches, meaning executives no longer have to search for a power or AV point. The table legs and base have access panels for easy maintenance.
The delivery schedule on this project was very short, but as we made all the items in house, we not only made the delivery ahead of schedule it was also within the price point for the customer budget.

The Multi Functional Meeting Room Table

From initial consultation right through to install we are here to support and listen to you, we pride ourselves on our skilled carpenters who build and install our furniture.
We can even make multi functional Boardroom tables as seen in our Staycity Case study, where the need to have a multi functioning space was key in the design of the table.
The Table was made up of 6 table desks sections each able to be a standalone 2 seat desk, this allowed for the room to be set up in configurations for classroom training, open space and meeting.

The small print – In regards to sale and purchase of our products We sell via Accredited Trade partners only but are only too happy to help and advise anyone interested in our products. We never quote end user customers any trade sale pricing, but can give indicative budgetary costings where required. which then can be purchased through an accredited partner of ours. Before any sale is finalised we must have the product design and sale order signed off to filter out any issues before production has even started, from concept through to final design each part of the sale process is signed off and agreed so that we are all protected as our products are designed and manufactured and produced on a per sale order received basis. Also before any delivery dates can be confirmed for the sale all the above sign offs must have been made, as well as a final sale purchase order which must have been received by our sale department.
